Weekends in a Celtics dominated NBA - some random thoughts

What a season this is going to be for the Celtics.  So much goodness to come, I can hardly wait.  It's not just the great things to come from the Celts that has me excited about the NBA though.  Let's take a look at some of the big stories in the NBA.

Lebron James doesn't want to talk about China and Hong Kong anymore.  That is his right.  But wow the media jumped all over him for what he initially had to say.  I hope we play the Lakers in the finals so that our reporters can ask him a billion questions about China.

In the betting community the Houston Rockets have an over/under of 53.5 wins for this season?  WHAT?!?!  Who is taking the over?  My guess is it could be the same people who allowed Carsen Edwards @Cboogie_3 to fall to the second round of the draft.  You heard it here first.  THE HOUSTON ROCKETS HAVE ZERO CHANCE TO GET 54 WINS.  Harden plays no defense and Westbrook has no self-control, especially on D.  He gets in foul trouble all of the time.  This marriage is doomed for disaster from the beginning.  And we all should see it coming.  Don't even bother going to the marriage ceremony, just get ready for one heckuva divorce party.  And BTW, who is Kendrick Nunn????

Zion Williamson is hurt and will miss the first few weeks of the season.

The Celtics don't play the Pelicans until January so hopefully he will be healthy by then.  BUT he got hurt in the very first game he played in the summer league and now he is hurt again before the regular season even starts. I said it before the draft.  The guy will be a bust.  He can't shoot - and that matters!  He is 275 pounds or whatever and he is used to just squashing people on his way to the hoop.  NBA players aint gonna let that happen.  They are a lot bigger and stronger than he has ever played against.  He's gonna try to bulldog them, but in 35 minutes a night he's gonna get nailed a ton.  He will never play a full season and will be done with basketball within 5 years.  Write it down.

And I saved the best tweet for last:

What a punk move by the biggest fake tough guy in the NBA. I hated having him on the Celtics and am so so glad he's gone. He cannot get a big rebound to save his life. Constantly talks about how tough he is but when it comes time to battle under the boards he has always been nowhere to be found. Can't wait to lay a beatdown on him and the Knicks in our third game of the season on Sunday, October 27. Tough guys do not go to the NY Knicks lmao!!!!!!
